What campaigns are sent?
Goody will send automated campaigns, using details gathered from customer behaviour. There are five different campaign types, listed below:
Activation: Over 50-60% of new customers don’t return after their first visit. Goody automatically detects who your new customers are and incentivises them to visit a second time.
Example offer: Complimentary item, valid for 14 days
Retention: Repeat customers drive 80% of your revenue, so it’s important you retain them. This campaign promotes an offer to repeat customers, which increases your retention rate. Example offer: Complimentary item (sent after 10 visits), valid for 14 days
Prevention: A customer’s likelihood of returning drops by 50-75% every 30 days. Help prevent your ‘at risk’ customers from slipping, before it’s too late. This campaign automatically detects customers which are ‘at risk’ and sends them an offer.
Example offer: 10% off your total bill, valid for 30 days.
Lapsed: As time passes, if a customer hasn’t returned, the odds they will never return are high. However, if you send them a good offer, you can increase the likelihood of them returning to up to 4 times.
Example offer: 20% off your total bill, valid for 30 days.
Lost: If a customer hasn’t returned for a long period of time, then you’ve most likely lost them. You need to treat a lost customer like you would a new customer. Send a compelling incentive to get them back in the store.
Example offer: 50% off your total bill, valid for 30 days.
