Host Rewards

It’s with great pleasure, we can announce that Host Accommodation has joined the Goody rewards network.

This means from September 1st any Goody member can earn Host Rewards from a Host Accommodation location across New Zealand.

New members can also sign up to the Host Rewards Programme, by picking up a Host Rewards card from the nearest Host location.

Common Questions:

I’m an existing Goody member – do I need a Host Rewards card? No. Just scan and earn rewards from Host locations, as you usually would.

How do I receive offers from Host? Just scan your card on a Host tablet to opt-in to special offers Host are providing.

How do points work at Host? The points you earn at Host can be used at any of Host Accommodation locations across New Zealand. The points accumulated at other businesses i.e. McCafe, cannot be used at Host locations. Points are unique to each business where points are assigned. Members can only use Host Reward points at Host.

I’m an existing Host rewards member. What do I need to do? The next time you visit a Host Accommodation location, just check in / scan, using the email address associated with your old Host Rewards card. After September 1st, you can actually scan the code found on your old Host Rewards card and it should work in the same way.

I’m an existing Host rewards customer, but I’ve lost my card. Simply pick up a new card and use the same email address you used, when you first signed up to Host Rewards. If you can’t remember this email, you will need to create a new account.

I don’t have my host card on me but I want to redeem points? You will need to have your card on you in order to redeem points. This is why it’s crucial you download the Goody app so that any points earned – you never lose! If you lose your card and don’t have access to your email address or can’t remember the email, then it’s very hard to secure your points without knowing any card or email details.
